The Process
Our process begins with a free initial consultation where we would go over your needs, wants, and dreams for your home with a budget and possible future plans and development for your home. We develop a strategic plan so future construction is possible without damaging the work you currently want or need.
A design (if necessary) and budget are the next steps to provide you with a detailed quote, scope of work, timelines, and payment schedule, which we will discuss throughout the project. We will also discuss possible contingency plans for changes to the quote depending on what we find after demolition and make sure you have been made aware of all decisions for your approval in writing. Prior to work, we will prep your house for construction to protect the rest of your house from damage and minimize dust. The first steps will be demolition and removal of existing materials, then framing and rough-ins for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. Our service includes drywall, flooring, painting, fixture installation, appliances, and finishings. The project is completed for your final approval.
